Swim bebé swim are currently recruiting for the next new franchisees training program.
At swim bebé swim we are proud to have a professional network of franchisees worldwide who share the common aim to ‘..teach them to love the water.’
These franchisees have been carefully recruited or headhunted from existing clients and swim teachers. They are dedicated professionals with the energy and enthusiasm required to make each class a fun learning experience for ‘mum‑to‑be’ or parent and child.
Each new franchisee is trained at one of our international centres, where they complete the required external professional qualifications, internal swim bebé swim teacher training in theory and practical pool sessions, as well as all the administration, marketing and financial training required to operate their own franchise business successfully. Once training is completed, swim bebé swim international limited, supports each business partner in the set‑ up of locations in their franchise territory and in their ongoing day‑to‑day operations. What swim bebé swim offer:
The OPPORTUNITY
to run your own successful and extremely rewarding business within the structure and support of an international franchise network.
The FLEXIBILITY
to determine how many hours you work – part‑time or full‑time. Many of our franchisees are mums returning to work. We require a minimum of 7 hours or 14 classes teaching per week, taken as two half days of teaching.

The COMPLETE FRANCHISE PACKAGE
Including:
a five year renewable swim bebe swim license for a specific mapped territory, a comprehensive Operations Manual detailing all aspects of operating your franchise, full professional training…and much more besides. Full details of the complete franchise package will be provided to successful applicants in a Franchise Prospectus.
What swim bebe swim require
We are looking for some very special individuals with the required energy, professionalism and enthusiasm to expand the teachings of swim bebé swim.
You must:
Be confident, outgoing & articulate – both conversational english and spanish are needed in spanish‑speaking locations
Be a professionally qualified swim teacher and lifesaver* with the personality to connect with, inspire and teach ‘mums‑to‑be’ and children under 4. *Swim bebé swim organise the necessary professional qualifications as part of the franchise package if an applicant does not have the necessary qualifications already or if they need updating
Be a natural marketer and networker. You need to be able to generate new clients, keep existing clients, open new pool locations and to advertise your business within your franchise territory. If you are naturally a good communicator, this will definitely enhance your business, along with the specific marketing training which swim bebé swim provides
Have excellent organisation, administration and computer skills, in order to operate and build your business successfully. You will need these skills to schedule classes, deal with client email and telephone enquiries, organise pool locations, assess and order swim badges and more!
Have excellent physical health with a driving license and your own vehicle to cover the locations in your franchise territory
Have an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check – swim bebé swim can help you source this check, if needed.
