The history of Swim bebe swim's baby and childrens' swimming in Spain
Established in 2003, swim bebé swim has continually ‘expanded to meet demand’ and now offers more locations and more baby swim and Aqua Natal classes than ever.
Swim bebé swim ~ Baby and childrens' swimming Spain began teaching baby swim courses in Spain in 2003. The founder and managing director, Claire Charnock, developed a unique program of swim courses promoting the natural method of teaching a child to swim.
Through regular training and close links with the Swim Teachers’ Association www.sta.co.uk, swim bebé swim ensure they are up to date with the latest methods for teaching your child to swim as well as the latest Aqua Natal teaching methods for ‘mums‑to‑be’ and their bumps.
Swim bebé swim is continually ‘expanding to meet demand’ and has opened many successful locations in Spain, Gibraltar and now in Costa Rica, Central America!
In 2007, after 5 years of success in Spain, swim bebé swim realised that it could not keep pace with the demand for baby swim and Aqua Natal classes, with the owner/teacher structure it then had. As word of the courses grew, demand increased, as did the desire for other parents attending the classes and swim teachers to become involved in promoting and teaching swim bebé swim courses in their own areas.
In 2008, swim bebé swim launched its international marketing program and formed ‘swim bebé swim international limited’ a company registered in England and Wales. Swim bebé swim now provides baby swim and Aqua Natal courses, as well as developing and training franchisees to run their own swim bebé swim franchises. This way the swim bebé swim method of teaching can reach more babies and bumps worldwide, through a professional network of fully trained and experienced franchisees who have the shared desire to teach them to love the water.
